Bookini Travel and properties aren’t liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government actions). We’ll assist with options where possible, such as date changes, credits, or refunds according to the rate rules.

Force majeure

In the rare event a property can’t honor your booking, we’ll help arrange a comparable alternative or a refund of amounts paid for unused nights.

Overbooking & Relocation

Prohibited: False identities, resale, phishing, chargeback abuse, or activities violating law or these policies. We may cancel bookings or close accounts suspected of abuse.

Fraud, Misuse & Unlawful activity

Report promptly: If an issue arises, contact the property first and notify us via the link in your confirmation during your stay or within 14 days of checkout.
Resolution: We may request photos, receipts, or other evidence to help resolve the matter fairly.

Disputes & Support

Payment: We may pre-authorize or charge your card per the rate policy and property rules. Currencies and exchange rates are shown at checkout; your bank may add fees.
Security deposits: Some stays require a deposit or hold; the amount and method appear before you pay.

Payment

We may update these policies from time to time. The version effective at booking applies to your reservation unless changes are required by law.

Changes to these policies

Traveler/Guest: the person named on the booking.
Property/Host: the hotel or accommodation provider. Booking: a confirmed reservation. No-show: you didn’t arrive by the property’s latest check-in time.

Definitions

Long-stay: Additional ID verification, deposits, utilities caps, or periodic cleanings may apply. Early termination follows the booked rate rules unless the property agrees otherwise.
Groups: Bookings for 10+ guests/rooms may require a group contract and different policies.

Long-Stay (28+ nights) & Groups

Smoking/vaping: Prohibited unless a property designates specific areas. Cleaning fees may apply for violations.
Quiet hours: Follow house/HOA/building rules and local ordinances.

Only registered guests may stay overnight.
Prohibited: Hazardous materials, illegal substances, firearms where restricted, commercial filming without permission.
Facilities: Use pools, gyms, balconies, bunk beds, and appliances responsibly and at your own risk.

Safety & Prohibited items

Local taxes/fees: Tourist, city, or resort fees may be collected by the property at check-in/out if not charged online.
Receipts/invoices: Provided by the party that collected payment (Bookini Travel or the property, depending on the rate).

Taxes, Fees & Charges at property

Times: Listed on your confirmation. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and may have a fee.
Arrival after hours: Tell the property in advance; missing required arrival steps may be treated as a no-show.
Keys/codes: Keep access credentials secure; fees may apply for lost keys.

Check-in, Check-out & Late Arrivals

No-shows/early departures: Usually treated as a cancellation outside the free window and may be non-refundable.
Refunds: Issued to the original payment method according to the property/rate rules; bank processing times vary.

Changes & No-shows

Pets: Allowed only where stated; size/breed limits and fees may apply.
Service animals: Accepted per applicable law; inform the property in advance.

Features: Accessibility features are listed by the property. Confirm critical needs before booking.
Requests: We forward special requests but cannot guarantee fulfillment unless the property confirms in writing.
